I started requesting a battery for my existing solar power system in February last year. After various machinations and delays it was installed in November 2022, 10.2kw Alpha battery. Apart from the delay in getting this I am very happy with the setup and would recommend Plico for any solar power system.

We hired Tic Tag Systems to fault find an RCD that was tripping our power and we were very impressed with the service and price. Absolutely joke of a solar company. After sale service is nil!!! Customer support is nil!!! You ring tech support and they have no representatives. They say to leave a message with reception and someone will call you back. Well that doesn’t happen. So you call back and they send you an email with instructions which just don’t work. Synergy say my system isn’t connected so I am getting no credits from what I generate even though the app is showing over 30 units generated per day. The sales guy (Jeff) is unhelpful now that he’s got your money. Honestly, do not use this company. I installed solar on my last house with Perth Solar Force. They were excellent and always helpful and I wish I used them this time.

We just had our Solar installed few months ago. Can highly recommend Delta Solar Service, Javed has been amazing and very informative and didn’t mind any of my questions. The service was very smooth from start to finish. Very well priced.The install guys were awesome too. Very professional, tidy and explained the system fully to me.
